Open Pricing to compare the available consultation packages. Each package shows its price and number of minutes before you buy. All packages provide time you can use with different ROYA advisors.
Complete the secure checkout
Sign in, choose a package and continue to the payment provider’s checkout. Payment methods available to you are displayed there. ROYA adds your minutes after the provider confirms a successful payment.
If payment seems delayed
Check Payments in your account before trying again. If you were charged and your time is still missing, contact support with your payment reference. Never send card numbers, passwords or authentication codes.
Buying more during a consultation
When your time runs out, you can choose Continue and buy another package. ROYA holds the advisor for three minutes while you complete payment. If you need longer, you can return to the advisor’s profile and request another consultation.
