Read availability
An available advisor can receive consultation requests. An advisor marked busy is already in a consultation. You can join their queue when available, or choose another advisor.
Read client perspectives
Published reviews come from consultations with at least one paid minute and are reviewed before appearing on ROYA. A review is one client’s experience, rather than a promise of a particular outcome.
Keep an advisor for later
Use the save option on a profile to add the advisor to Saved advisors in your account. Your purchased time can be used across advisors whenever you return.
