Open My account and choose a consultation from your history to read its transcript. You can request a copy by email from the consultation tools.
Leave a review
After at least one paid minute, you can submit a rating and written review. A review cannot be edited after submission and appears publicly after moderation. Free trial time alone does not qualify for a review.
Report a problem
Use Report & End in the consultation if something is wrong. This ends the session and sends your report to ROYA for review. For account, payment or technical questions, use the Contact page.
The scope of guidance
ROYA offers personal guidance through human advisors. It does not replace medical, legal, financial or emergency services. Keep passwords, payment credentials and authentication codes out of conversations.
