One balance across advisors
Purchased minutes belong to your account. You can use part of a package with one advisor and the rest with another. Unused purchased minutes do not expire while your account remains open.
Free minutes come first
Complimentary minutes are used before purchased time. The free trial is available once per eligible new client, after email verification; creating another account does not renew eligibility. If you believe a trial was incorrectly withheld, contact support.
If the connection drops
Consultation time pauses when ROYA detects that either participant has disconnected. Reconnect to return to your conversation. If the session has ended, unused time remains available for another consultation.
Closing your account
Deleting your account permanently forfeits its remaining time and removes your access to consultation history. Review your balance before requesting deletion.
